PRINT (Signed Artist's Proof) - "I AM still moving... keep rolling"

Returns will be accepted if the quality of the print fails to meet the expected standards.  Customers will be asked to send photographic proof of the damage to the product, including its packaging, and will be required to pay for the return the print to the print company.  Once damage is confirmed, a reprint will be issued and the return postage costs reimbursed. 

Though the following delivery plan cannot match the efficiency of an ordinary art gallery, Hannah hopes you will acknowledge the heavy logistic burden of coordinating a multitude of products for the benefit of the UK Invictus Games Team. 

 

In order to manage the financial risk of print costs to Hannah Shergold Limited, print runs will be carried out in batches.  Orders will be collated every 4 weeks and a prints produced according to orders that have been placed.  It is therefore possible that wait times will be up to 5 weeks from order placement to delivery of the print. 

 

Items will be shipped second class within the UK and international shipping is available for all products.
